Why We Started
We established INTEGRITY INSPECTION GROUP almost ten years ago because we wanted to meet the growing need for detailed home inspections in southeast Michigan. Our home inspectors each have years of experience in the construction industry and have extensive knowledge of the components of a home. That is why, since the inception of our company, we have been working hard to meet, and exceed, the expectations of our clients.
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won’t meet the inspector until your inspection appointment--after you've hired us. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. Hiring a well-trained and experienced inspector is invaluable in helping you become a knowledgeable homeowner. Our home inspectors are trained by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and follow the InterNACHI Standards of Practice 1-2018.pdf when inspecting. We have collaboratively inspected thousands of homes to provide you with the highest quality home inspection possible.
We inspect each home like our family will be living in that home. We want to make sure it is the safe for them and you.
