My wife and I were absolutely blown away by how thorough and informative our inspection was. Not only did Pat give detailed explanations with pictures and videos but also recommendations and suggestions on how to fix or make things better. We will be using him again in the future. This was money well spent!!

Dan was very knowledgeable, honest, efficient, courteous, and we were able to book an appointment with him on a weekend with only 24 hour notice. We received the detailed report same day, even though it was late evening by the point the job was finished. We will definitely be working with him again.

We had an inspection done on a house we were going to purchase. From everything we had looked at the house seemed a go, and a good fit. Thankfully for us Patrick at IIG did our inspection and helped reveal issues with the roof, foundation, water damage, etc that would have cost us more money than I'd like to think about.
